Vote & Pray by Teri Johnson
I did vote yesterday & I will CONTINUE to pray today & every day......
Yesterday, I checked the box & made a prophetic declaration that lined up with God's heart FOR LIFE
And so today it is time to PRAY!
And with Holy Spirit's help;
May ... the Saints of God, starting with myself continue to "vote" by making choices that are aligned with our Heavenly Papa's Huge, Passionate & Compassionate Heart
May we not stray away from the simplicity of Christ in us, our Hope of Glory by: seasoning our talk & walk with His Healing Salt & Light by: Loving God & Loving Others.
So after yesterday this is what I have to say:
As the Lord spoke to His Church of Phillipians....
I hear our God clearly speaking to His saints in the Church of....
Bakersfield, California, The United States of America "One Nation under God"
& Beyond.......
I'm hearing Phillipians 4:5-9 ( Message Bible Version)
On this Brand New, Glorious & Sparkling, Son-shiney & New Mercy Day
5 Celebrate God all day, every day. I mean, revel in him! Make it as clear as you can to all you meet that you’re on their side, working with them and not against them. Help them see that the Master is about to arrive. He could show up any minute!
6-7 Don’t fret or worry. Instead of worrying, PRAY. Let petitions and praises shape your worries and cares into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God’s wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It’s wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life.
8-9 Summing it all up, friends, I’d say you’ll do best by filling your minds and meditating on things true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious—the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly; things to praise, not things to curse. Put into practice what you learned from me (Paul the apostle), what you heard and saw and realized. Do that, and God, who makes everything work together, will work you into his most beautiful symphony of harmonies.
