Three Visions: Shaking, Sifting, and Shifting by Teri Johnson
Vision 1
As I saw Flour being shaken and sifted through a screen getting the lumps out, I was reminded of the “Fine Wheat” mentioned in Scripture:
He would have fed them also with the finest of wheat; And with honey from the rock, I would have satisfied you. Psalm 81:16
He makes peace in your borders and fills you with the finest wheat. Psalm 147:14
God is really shaking up those who belong to Him. This great shaking is causing a Great Awakening. Just as Earthquakes shake the very ground beneath our feet as Huge Tectonic Plates move; God is cleaning off our plates and filling them with the very best. He wants us to stop feeding off junk-food (like Negativity & Fear) and to hunger and thirst and feed off Him alone.
Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst”. John 6:35
But He said to them, “I have food to eat of which you do not know.” John 4:32
God is washing us anew & ironing out our wrinkles, for He is coming for a Bride that is PURE & without spot or wrinkle.
Ephesians 5:27
Your glorying is not good. Do you not know that a little leaven leavens the whole lump?
Corinthians 5:6
A little leaven leavens the whole lump. Galatians 5:91
Vision 2:
I saw a Gold-Miner panning for Gold. The real gold was being sifted and separated from the dirt & the rocks of no value. The more He sifted the gold, the more the gold shined until all that was left in the pan was PURE GOLD.. God is releasing new discernment to help us to separate out the True Gold from the “Fool’s Gold”.
What is True Gold?
True Gold= The Truth= What is True.
Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. Philippians 4:8
Our True Identity
God is giving us fresh revelation on Who He is & Who we are.
He is causing us to tap into the Gold within us.
CHRIST IN us, the HOPE of GLORY.
Romans 5:2, Ephesians 1:18, Colossians 1:27
Vision 3:
As I saw God’s Hand on an Automatic Transmission, He was shifting from Park, from Neutral, & from Reverse into Drive. Some have been stuck in Park and have been parked way too long. Some have been in Neutral. They have been neutralized by circumstances, and the battles of life. They are numb, and don’t really know what to stand for or stand against. Some have been so traumatized; that they are riddled with fear. They are in Reverse and are backing away and going in the wrong direction. In this time God is doing a Sovereign Move and is placing His hand on the gear-shift-knob and shifting us in to DRIVE. He is moving us forward, in the right direction, fueling our engines with Hope & causing us to be driven by Love.
“IN HIM, We LIVE & MOVE & HAVE OUR BEING”. Acts 17:28
I was also reminded of shifting sand & this Hymn to Him:
My hope is built on nothing less
Than Jesus' blood and righteousness
I dare not trust the sweetest frame
But wholly lean on Jesus' name
On Christ the solid rock I stand
All other ground is sinking sand

Sift:
to separate or separate out by or as if by putting through a sieve
to go through especially to sort out what is useful or valuable
Sieve:
to filter, screen, clarify (butter to ghee), clear (clarity)

Shaking, Shifting & Sifting is not easy, but it will produce our ability to see with greater clarity the road that God has paved and to motivate us to go and get to where we’ve never gone before.

For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory. 2 Corinthians 4:17
